*Any event located beyond a 15 mile radius of Easton, Pennsylvania will require a nominal delivery charge. Delivery fees vary based on mileage outside of the normal service area. These fees will be added to the final balance. Delivery fees will be clearly communicated prior to delivery and will be indicated on each invoice.
The best way to confirm your service is by leaving a deposit. The preferred and fastest way to leave a deposit is online by credit card. Deposits may also be made by personal check, commercial check or by money order. If paying by check, payment must clear the bank before your date will be held, invoice issued and contract finalized. Credit card payments by phone accepted as well as by PayPal or Venmo. The deposit will hold your date/time while your contract is being finalized.
Event balance must be paid by cash, credit card or by immediate transfer by PayPal or Venmo. Equipment will not be delivered and/or entertainers will not begin event until balance is paid. If balance is not paid on-site, the booking will be cancelled, the deposit forfeit and the contract holder will be responsible for all outstanding contracted charges.

We can host at any type of venue as long as it is determined safe and free from hazards. If the property is owned by an entity other than the contract holder, (privately owned, State or Federal property) we can provide service with pre-approval from the venue owner/operator.
Please note, many venues have pre-established restrictions and guidelines. It is the Contract Holder's responsiblity to determine any and all policies related to event space. Grand 1 Events is not responsible for any venue rental fees, extraneous charges, permit fees or fines related to use. Please check that the venue allows outside entertainment before booking with us. Cancellation fees will apply should you book with us and be forced to cancel because of a venue related isue.
Events should also be held in areas with adequate bathroom facilities, electrical supply (for equipement requiring electricity), shade or cooling area for entertainer(s) (when applicable) and free from debris and safety hazards.
Inflatables must be held in an area with a 120 volt 20 amp dedicated outlet. We love setting up at parks but most parks and some other locations do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a resonable cost.
NOTE: If you provide your own generator it must be a MINIMUM of 4,000 RUNNING Watts to run most bounces. Larger Bounces or adding other items to the generaotr will require a much LARGER unit. Please discuss your requirements with us BEFORE you reserve.
The Customer is responsible for requesting and attaining all permits and insurance documents required. In the event that the order is cancelled or the customer does not accept delivery due to lack of permits or insurance, the customer is responsible for the full amount of the agreement.
An adequate outside water source is required for any inflatable with a utilized water feature.

Equipment - Our first priority is the safety of our customers and employees. High winds, precipitation and extreme temperatures (hot and cold) pose hazardous conditions for the safe operation of any equipment. We will not deliver during projected bad weather. If weather conditions are forecast as potentially severe, Grand 1 Events reserves the right to issue a rain check or cancel the event. In the event of a cancellation, all deposits will be returned to the Contract Holder and the balance cancelled. Please see our policies page for additional information, including the policy for Contract Holder cancellation.
If weather changes during the rental timeframe, it is the renters responsibility to secure all equipment and keep safe from damage. Any damage that takes place during the rental will be charge a replacement fee equal to the value of the unit.
The Contract Holder agrees to hold and keep harmless Grand 1 Events and its staff from any and all property damage and/or bodily injury damage caused by the Contract Holder, the Contract Holder's guests or event participants.
In cases of use or public space and/or private property not belonging to the Contract Holder, the Contract Holder is required to secure permission for use and the Contract Holder is responsible for any and all damages, fines and meeting all permit requirements. Event insurance is suggested for commerical events and private events held on premises without a homeowners policy.

The number of participants for Inflatables will depend on the equipement contracted. We will determine number of participants based on your selection.
The number of partipants for party equipment (popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, etc.) will be left to the Contract Holder's descretion. If supplies are included with rental, Grand 1 Events will supply based on the number of attendees comunicated during booking.
The number of participants per mascot, character, princess, superhero will be determined by the event package selected. Commercial Contract Holder may set particpant numbers.

Grand 1 Events will make every effort possible to arrive at your event on time. Staff is required to leave a designated cushion for travel and prep time. That being said, unexpected severe traffic, detours, road closures, construction and unexepcted weather delays are beyond our control.
Please keep your phone nearby and/or designate an alternate contact person the day of your event. Entertainers/equipment delivery personnell will contact each Contract Holder if they require assistance or need to alert the Contract Holder to any delay. In these instances, a staff member is required to contact you from his/her location with an updated ETA. Your contracted rate will be prorated in the event of a significant delay (any delay above 15 minutes).
Unless requested, a delayed arrival time does not automatically shorten the length of your visit. Each Contract Holder will decide to accept a refund of money equivalent to the delay as outlined in the contract or a lenghtening of rental if preferred.
Gratuity is not included. However, all Grand 1 Events performers, service providers and employees work extremely hard to make your event or celebration one to remember. A token of appreciation for professionalism is always welcome, but NEVER required. We will offer a recommended percentage based on the total package price for both the entertainer and his/her assistant, for all equipment staff and service providers, where applicable. If you would like your gratuity included in your final bill, we can do so with prior notice. If you should forget on the day of and would like us to invoice you afterward, please advise. We can accommodate this anyway way you choose (and cash is always appreciated).
Yes. We understand that accidents happen, however, the Contract Holder will be held liable for damages sustained to costumes, equipment and the like. The Contract Holder is responsible for all damage to rented equipment including damages resulting from negligence of care. The Contract Holder will be charged the cost to replace or repair (when feasible) damaged or broken equipment, costumes or materials. Grand 1 Events will keep the security deposit and will charge any additional fees above and beyond the security deposit.
Yes. WHEN AVAILABLE, we are happy to extend the length of your contract in order to add additional time to an event. In addition to the standard hourly rate, all extenstions will be charged an additional fee for "day of" alterations.
When possible, please try to schedule additional time when you select your event package. If the extension is finalized at least one week prior to the event, we will add on the standard rate and will not charge the extension fee.
All extensions are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Grand 1 Events staff.
Any changes to the Event Contract (including start and end time) are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Grand 1 Events staff.
Yes, but only with permission. You will be asked to give consent of photo release in your contract. You may opt out at that time (or any time). If you opt in, photos taken will be considered released to be used by Grand 1 Events for marketing purposes, on our website, on social media and for promotional use. We NEVER take photos unless you give the thumbs up!

Please let us know in advance if any event participant requires a specific accommodation or an alteration to any package or equipment (within reason, with prior notice and within the means of Grand 1 Events). Grand 1 Events has an on-staff consultant with a professional background and certification in special education. Staff also has experience working with people with varying special needs. Our goal is to make your event pleasurable for ALL!

Yes. Grand 1 Events will not provide alcohol to any event and is not responsible for monitoring the use of alcohol by participants. Alcohol consumption that interfers with Grand 1 Events Entertainment or puts any entertainer's safety at risk will not be tolerated at any time. Alcohol use that jeopardizes the safe utlization of equipment will not be tolerated at any time. Either the non-alcohol consuming Contract Holder, a non-alcohol consuming adult (over the age of 18) or a non-alcohol consuming Contraol Holder's representative must supervise equipment or be present within range of a Grand 1 Events entertainer at all times.
Smoking and pets are not permitted near or around costumed entertainers or Grand 1 Events equipment. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the contract and forfeiture of all funds (including security deposit).
